Understanding analytics
Soundcave tracks every click on your smart links, from both your account-wide Analytics page and each individual link's own analytics page.
What's tracked
- Total clicks, broken down by day (and by hour on the account-wide page)
- Country and city
- Device — mobile, tablet, or desktop
- Which platform button was clicked
- Referrer — where the click came from
- Source app — whether the fan opened your link in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, a regular browser, or another app
Exporting
From the account-wide Analytics page, click Export CSV to download every click in your selected date range as a spreadsheet.
Your analytics stay fully visible forever, even on the Free plan or if your plan ever lapses — nothing is ever hidden or deleted.
