Question 1

Is Video Maker included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pro includes 5 songs and 100 lyric-video exports a month with no watermark, and exported videos stay available for 90 days (re-export any time after that). The Free plan includes one trial song and 3 exports in total, with the Soundcave watermark (clips up to 30 seconds, kept 7 days).

Question 2

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes — cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. There's no long-term contract.

Question 3

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, in line with our Terms of Service — but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Question 4

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

All major debit and credit cards, processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Question 5

Is there an annual plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pro is $14.99 a month, or $149 a year — that's $12.42 a month, about 2 months free. Switch between them from Manage billing.

Question 6

Will my price go up?

Accepted Answer

Not while you stay subscribed. Pro is going up to $24.99/month. Everyone who subscribes before then keeps the price they signed up with — monthly or yearly — for as long as their subscription stays active. If you cancel and come back later, you'd join at the price at that time.

Question 7

What happens if a payment fails?

Accepted Answer

Your subscription is marked past due. You can update your card any time from Manage billing to keep your plan active — your existing links keep working either way.
